In 2003, he stepped into that gap and built a family-owned supplement company to partner with healthcare professionals and create clean, high-quality formulas. From humble beginnings starting in their garage, Brian and his family have grown XYMOGEN into a trusted source of nutritional support.

Stephanie Blackburn, COO
Stephanie started her career at the National Cancer Institute, where she oversaw all personnel matters. In 1979, she met Brian, and their shared passion for healthcare and wellness inspired them to create XYMOGEN, a family-owned supplement company rooted in quality and integrity. They began by shipping supplements themselves with just 1 employee. Today, Stephanie manages the entire production and manufacturing of the company, which operates on a 309,000-square-foot campus with 372 employees.
